Representative Mary Littleton has 20 years’ experience as a small business owner. She was elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in 2012 and serves as Chairman of the Children & Family Affairs Subcommittee. A fiscal conservative, Mary is a leader in efforts to protect children and the vulnerable. She passed a law requiring teachers be trained to spot instances of possible human trafficking. Mary is the mother of four adult children and grandmother of nine. She is active in the community serving in a variety of leadership roles:

• Human Trafficking Advisory Council
• Tennessee’s Safe Baby Court Advisory Committee
• Jobs for Tennessee Graduates Board

She is a former Vice Chairman of the Tennessee Republican Party. Mary is a member of the National Rifle Association and attends Walnut Street Church of Christ. Mary has been honored as a “Champion for Children” by the Child Advocacy Center, “Statesman of the Year” by the Tennessee Republican Party, and “Taxpayer Hero” by Americans for Prosperity. She has repeatedly been endorsed by Tennessee Right to Life, the NFIB, and the National Rifle Association
