State Rep. Lee Reeves, R-Franklin, was officially sworn in to represent House District 65 in the 114th Tennessee General Assembly.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – State Rep. Lee Reeves, R-Franklin, was officially sworn in to represent House District 65 in the 114th Tennessee General Assembly.
Professionally, Reeves is a real estate investor with a background in law. He has been involved in the community serving as president of the Franklin Lions Club and supporting youth sports in the area. At home, he is a proud husband and father to three children.
“It is an honor to represent House District 65 in the 114th Tennessee General Assembly,” Reeves said. “I’m thrilled to serve our community, and thank my constituents for placing their trust in me to represent them. I’m already hard at work, and looking forward to a productive legislative session.”
Reeves was appointed by House Speaker Cameron Sexton, R-Crossville, to serve on the Education Committee, Finance, Ways and Means Committee, K-12 Subcommittee and Finance, Ways and Means Subcommittee.
He joins the 75-member Republican supermajority, and is one of nine freshmen lawmakers in the House of Representatives.
The General Assembly will convene for a special session on school choice, disaster relief for communities impacted by Hurricane Helene and illegal immigration on Jan. 27.
