State Representative Mark Hall Passes First Bill In House Chamber

(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) — State Representative Mark Hall (R-Cleveland) has officially passed his first bill as a member of the Tennessee General Assembly and the House Republican Caucus.

House Bill 403 is designed to keep taxes low for Tennessee’s property owners. The initiative addresses an early legislative priority for Representative Hall, who is committed to keeping Bradley County and Tennessee the best place in the entire nation to live, work, and raise a family.

“I am proud to sponsor this legislation because it ensures our citizens save more of their hard-earned money each tax season,” said Representative Hall. “I am proud to sponsor this legislation, and I look forward to Governor Lee signing it into law.”
